Founded by Lance DiLorio, a transformation executive with nearly two decades at Invesco Ltd and the Stand Together Foundation, Fieldform brings a rare combination: the discipline of global corporate leadership, the perspective of philanthropy, and an instinct for finding the signal in the noise that others miss.

Stand Together Foundation
Challenge
A major national philanthropy supporting 350+ nonprofits had grown diffuse — unclear strategy, misaligned programs, and a culture that had lost its edge. Incremental change wasn't enough. The organization needed reinvention.

Approach
Recruited and led a global team of 31 ESG professionals. Developed investment products, client frameworks, and market positioning across multiple geographies simultaneously.

Invesco Ltd
Challenge
The index investing market was growing rapidly, but Invesco lacked proprietary indexing capability. Building a credible index provider from the ground up required both organic development and strategic acquisition.

Developed Invesco Indexing LLC from concept through execution, including the BulletShares product suite, combining organic capability building with inorganic growth to establish market presence.
